If you aren't eating peaches with basil wrapped in prosciutto, you're missing out big-time.
Here's the recipe:
- Wash and cut up a peach (or a nectarine, or a peacharine which I just discovered yesterday)
- Grab a leaf of basil
- Put basil under peach slice
- Wrap in prosciutto
- Eat ravenously
